Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the workspace billing page. Proration is automatic on Stripe and Razorpay.
Do I own my content?
Always. You retain full copyright and can export every article, media asset and reader record as JSON or original files at any time.
How does the free trial work?
Professional and Business include a 14-day trial. No credit card required to start. You will only be billed after you actively subscribe.
Is there an SLA?
Business includes a 99.9% uptime target. Enterprise includes a 99.95% contractual SLA with credits.
Can I migrate an existing publication in?
Yes — we import PDF, DOCX, HTML, Markdown and InDesign IDML. Enterprise plans include hands-on migration from WordPress, Ghost or legacy CMS.
How do you handle GDPR and reader data?
Every workspace is isolated at the database row level. Readers can export or delete their data on demand. See our Enterprise page for the full compliance posture.
